In supporting of our strategic in growing our busines, we are inviting highly qualified, talented and self-motivated individuals to join us in our building & and be part of our successful team as:

SALES MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL & FLEET MARKET

Division : LUBRICANT & CHEMICAL MAINTENANCE

Responsibilities and Duties

  • – Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales target
  • – Target oriented, conducting market research and survey to develop sales program and strategy
  • – Responsible for the detail market information such as : pricing and product’s specification from competitor, trend and market condition, sales growth, customer’s requirements, and business opportunities.
  • – Conducts assessments of the products, market and competitive activity and recommends for the marketing/promotional plans
  • – Developing STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) for sales team and incentive program and monitoring the implementation
  • – Developing customer data base and key account management system to give the best service to all customers and maintaining good relationship
  • – Make a new innovation to achieve the company’s target and reduces unnecessary costs
  • – Make regular reports to the leader

Qualifications and Skills

  • – Male/Female, max 40 years old
  • – At least 3 years in consecutive working experience as a leader for Industrial Market such as : Factories, BUMN, PMA, Fertilizer Factories, Oil Drilling, Mining, Heavy Equipments and Contractors.
  • – Bachelor or master degree in Technical / Management / Economics / Pharmacy (science major at high school) from reputable university.
  • – Fluent in English and excellent Computer literate ( MS Office Program such as Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • – Having a good interpersonal approach with excellent communication skill
  • – Able to act as an organiser and leader for significant sales growth
  • – Good analytical thinking (qualitative & quantitative) and having strong numerical analyst and in decision making– Execution mind set with good planning
  • – Critical thinking and result oriented
  • – Strong leadership and capable to work in team
  • – Hardworker, creative, proactive and full of initiative
